Our Requirements

 

* A minimum of 5 years professional, paid Newborn Care Specialist, Nanny or Postpartum Doula

* 3 Childcare References & 2 Personal or Professional References

* Must be 19 or older

* Must be a resident of the New York City Metro area

* High School Diploma (4-Year College Degree or Child Development/Psychology-Related Coursework Preferred) or Equivalent Experience

* Newborn Care Specialist Certification or Equivalent Experience

* Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19

* Legal to work in the U.S.

* Proficient in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)

* Clean Criminal Record
